Sell to a buyer who will build.
You spent years building your business. We want to buy it, keep what works and help it grow. We have run and grown businesses for decades, and we never strip them. It starts with a free evaluation.

- 01
A valuation range
Based on your verified yearly profit and recent sales of similar businesses, with the reasoning shown.
- 02
Your place in the market
How you compare with the competitors around you on reviews, pricing, services and visibility, from research we have already done.
- 03
The first three changes
What we would do first if we owned the business, and roughly what each change is worth.
- 04
A straight answer
Whether we would like to buy, on what terms, and what the next step would be. If it is not a fit, we say so and tell you why.
Decades of running businesses, not stripping them.
Owners worry about buyers who cut staff, sell the assets and move on. That is not what we do, and it is not what we have ever done.
We have done this for twenty years
We have started, bought and run companies since the early 2000s, in phone systems, call centres, AI, trucking, farming and tax advisory. Several of them are still running today.
We buy to grow
Our returns come from making the business bigger and better, not from selling it for parts. Stripping a business destroys exactly what we paid for.
Continuity for your team
The people who know the work are the business. We keep them, meet them early, and give them better tools and clearer numbers.
Continuity for your customers
Same name, same number, same service. Customers hear about the change from you and us together, and see improvements, not upheaval.
What happens to your business.
Your customers
They keep the same service, the same number to call and the same faces. We tell them about the change together with you.
Your team
We buy businesses for the people in them. We meet the team early, keep them informed and invest in their tools and training.
Your name
The business keeps its name and its reputation. Kolt Holdings stays in the background.
You
You choose how involved you stay. Most owners help with a handover of a few months, then step back on their own terms.
Six stages, your team in the room.
No countdown and no shock treatment. We arrive, analyze, go through everything with a fine-toothed comb, write the Blueprint, optimize and grow, with your team at every stage.
- 01
Arrive
We arrive, and nothing breaks
Same name, same team, same phone number. We meet the staff with you, listen first and answer every question before we change anything.
What everyone sees
Customers notice nothing. The team meets the new owners in person.
- 02
Analyze
We analyze the business
Numbers, customers, pricing, suppliers and the market around you. We already studied the market before we bought; now we match it to what happens inside.
What everyone sees
A clear picture of where the money comes from and where it leaks.
- 03
Comb
We go through everything with a fine-toothed comb
Every process, contract, tool, price list and recurring cost. Nothing is too small. Most of what we find is work the team always wanted fixed and never had time for.
What everyone sees
A written list of what to keep, what to fix and what to stop.
- 04The plan every later stage hangs off
Blueprint
We write the Blueprint
A growth and streamlining plan built from the market analysis: which customers to win, which services to add, which work to automate and in what order. It is shared with the whole team.
What everyone sees
One plan everyone can read, with dates and owners for each change.
- 05
Optimize
We optimize
A modern website and local SEO so the business is easy to find. Automation for scheduling, invoicing and follow-up. New tools connected to the systems the team already uses, not replacing them overnight.
What everyone sees
Less busywork, faster quotes, fewer missed calls, numbers everyone can see.
- 06
Grow
We keep growing it
More of the right customers, new services for existing ones, and the next business added alongside when it makes sense. We keep investing, year after year.
What everyone sees
A bigger, steadier business with the same people at its heart.
What we will and will not do.
We will
- Give you a free, written evaluation of your business
- Tell you within two business days if your business is a fit
- Sign an NDA before you share any numbers
- Show you how we reached our price
- Put every term in writing before you commit
- Tell you at once if anything changes, and why
We will not
- Contact your staff, customers or suppliers without your permission
- Re-trade the price late in the process without new facts
- Ask for the same document twice
- Strip the business for parts or move it away from its community
- Cut the team to make the numbers work
From free evaluation to closing.
01
Free evaluation
Tell us about the business. We send a written evaluation and a plain answer on fit. If it is not a fit, we say so quickly.
02
NDA and first numbers
We sign a non-disclosure agreement, then review three years of tax returns and profit and loss statements.
03
Letter of intent
A written offer: price, structure, timeline and the conditions to close. You review it with your adviser.
04
Due diligence
We confirm the numbers, contracts, licenses and leases. We ask once, in one list, and keep the business running as normal.
05
Closing, then day one
We sign, fund and arrive. Nothing breaks. The six stages begin with you and the team.
Most sales take three to six months from the letter of intent to closing.
What we will ask to see.
After the NDA, these documents let us make a firm offer quickly.
- 01Business tax returns for the last three years
- 02Profit and loss statements and balance sheets for the same years, plus this year to date
- 03A list of owner add-backs, with evidence
- 04Customer list with revenue per customer (names can be hidden at first)
- 05Staff list with roles, pay and length of service
- 06Leases, key contracts and licenses
A buyer who comes prepared.
We sign NDAs quickly, state our criteria up front, give fast answers and come with a financing plan. We buy anywhere in the USA. Send us listings that match our criteria and we will reply within two business days.

What does the free evaluation cost, really?
Nothing, and it commits you to nothing. We do it because it is the fastest way for both of us to find out if there is a fit, and you keep the evaluation either way.
Do you only buy in Florida?
No. We are based in Florida and buy anywhere in the United States. Our research covers every state, and we travel to every business we buy.
Is this conversation confidential?
Yes. We do not contact your staff, customers or suppliers without your permission, and we sign an NDA before you share any numbers.
How do you decide what to pay?
We start from your verified yearly profit and compare it with recent sales of similar businesses. Then we look at what makes your business stronger or riskier than most. We show you how we got to the number.
How will you pay for the business?
Usually with a mix of our own equity and a bank loan, often backed by the US Small Business Administration (SBA). We tell you at the start what the lender will need.
Will you strip the business or cut staff?
No. We have run businesses for decades and we buy to grow them. Cutting the team or selling the assets would destroy what we paid for. Growth needs the people who already know the work.
Do I have to stay after the sale?
Not for long. A handover of a few months is normal. If you want a longer role, we can agree one.
I run everything myself. Is that a problem?
No. Many good businesses are run by the owner. We plan the handover with you and put the right manager in place before you step back.
Do you work with brokers?
Yes. Many of the businesses we buy are sold through brokers, and we welcome them.
